Richard James
Richard is the product communications manager for GMs western region, which means he covers all vehicles in all four of our brands Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick and GMC.
How did you start at GM?
My career at GM started in Toronto - first in manufacturing, then government relations, and finally communications.
How did you end up working for the western region?
After Toronto, I transferred to Miami, where I was the manager of product communications for GM Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. I recently transferred to the western region and am relatively new to the area.
What do you do outside of the office?
I'm an avid sailor and berth my sailboat in Ventura, CA
